THE ANNUAL HAVEN GAME
2025 - We donated 700 lbs of Food and over $1,000 to the Upper Valley Haven
Every season, the Hartford Mini Canes come together for one of our most important traditions:
the Annual Haven Game in support of the Upper Valley Haven.
The Upper Valley Haven provides shelter, food, and critical support services to individuals and families facing poverty throughout our community. Operating 365 days a year, the Haven serves more than 14,500 people annually and never charges for its services. Through emergency shelter, food assistance, service coordination, and children's programs, the Haven helps our neighbors build stability and hope for the future.
The Haven Game gives our players, families, and fans an opportunity to make a difference beyond the football field. Throughout the event, we collect non-perishable food donations and raise funds through raffles and other activities, with all proceeds benefiting the Upper Valley Haven.
In 2025, the Hartford Mini Canes community donated over 700 pounds of food and $1,000 to support the Haven's mission.
We are incredibly proud of our players for learning that being part of a team means giving back to the community that supports us. Together, we can continue to make a positive impact for local families in need.
