Hartford Minicanes is a non-profit youth sports program that exists solely on donations from the supporting public, fundraising activities, and registration fees. We depend upon these efforts to keep the program running by:

• Purchasing and reconditioning equipment (Helmets and Shoulder Pads)
• Providing player uniforms and mouthguards 
• Paying for officials

Hartford Minicanes expects all players to participate in the two main fundraising events; the Patron’s Program. We recognize that fundraising is not an easy task, so please know that any amount raised is beneficial to running the program, but an unsuccessful fundraising year can mean increased registration fees for the following year.

PATRONS PROGRAM

The Patron’s Program asks players and their families to find people and businesses willing to support us by becoming a donor. There are three levels of support to our program:

Patron: $10-49 Name will be listed on banner at all home games.

Sponsor: $50-99 Business logo will placed on banner at all home games.

Benefactor: $100(+) Larger Business logo will placed on banner at all home games and will be mentioned over loud speaker as benefactor.

Please use the attached forms to keep track of your donors and totals. Please get your checks made out to Hartford Minicanes. Forms may be reprinted and handed in multiple times throughout the season. Please hand in these forms in an envelope to Aimee Trombly whenever possible, although any board member can accept them. Board members include Erin Marcotte, Jenny Courtemanche, Kasey Tatro, Leslie Joslin, Krista Mock & Bethany LaHaye.

Incentive:

• We will have 3 overall prizes (Meta Quest 3S with Batman Arkham Shadow (Oculus), Beats Solo 4 Earphones, and Amazon Gift Card)  *minimum of $600 raised to earn top 2 prizes
• Player with most $$ raised will get the grand Prize and 2nd most $ the next prize 
• And any player that raises at least $200 will get their name entered into a drawing for 3rd prize
